 Habanero ® Waiver and Release of Liability, due to its extremely hot nature, you acknowledge that eating Jay’s Hot Chicken heat level Jay’s Hot/ Habanero ® carries with it the potential for certain risks, some of which may be reasonably foreseeable. You acknowledge that eating the Jay’s Hot/ Habanero ® can cause you harm, including, but not limited to, bodily injury, property damage, emotional distress, or even death. By accepting this Jay’s Hot/ Habanero ® 

Release, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Jay’s Hot Chicken / Papa Locos USA LLC, and their respective franchisees, affiliates, members, managers, employees, agents, and representatives from all losses, claims, demands, liabilities, causes of action, or expenses, known or unknown, arising out of ordering and/or eating the Jay’s Hot/ Habanero ®,

 All those intending to eat a Jay’s Hot/ Habanero ® must agree to this Waiver and Release of Liability
